The practical agreement
Terms of Use
These terms are between you and ORANGE FOX LLC, which publishes Magic Caster under the FoxRed brand (“FoxRed”). They supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple’s agreement controls if these terms conflict with it.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Magic Caster, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Using Magic Caster
You may use Magic Caster for lawful personal podcast listening and library management. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to services, or use it to violate another party’s rights.
3. Podcasts, feeds, and credentials
Podcast descriptions, artwork, episodes, feeds, and media are provided by third parties. You are responsible for choosing sources you are entitled to access and for complying with their terms.
You are responsible for credentials entered for private feeds. Magic Caster does not grant access to content that a publisher has not authorized you to use.
4. Your library and files
You remain responsible for your subscriptions, imported media, OPML files, downloads, backups, and exported files. Magic Caster does not claim ownership of content you import or organize.
5. Intellectual property
Magic Caster’s design, code, branding, owner-authored text, and identified assets are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Third-party podcast content and software components remain subject to their respective owners and licenses.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as the app evolves. Podcast feeds, directory results, CloudKit, notifications, and media delivery depend on Apple and third-party services that may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Caster is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or continued availability of third-party content and services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxRed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Magic Caster, loss of data, or unavailable third-party content or services.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when Magic Caster changes. The current effective date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
